What is difference between blood relation and Direct Ancestor ??

Your father, mother, grandfather, grandmother, g gf, g gm, 2g gf, 2g, gm, .... Ng gf, Ng gm. Are your direct ancestors. Your uncle, auntie, your cousins etc basically the siblings of your directs and their descendants are all blood relatives.

So Direct ancestors are "special" blood relatives, your various forms of Nth cousins Y times removed are blood relatives.

Married to direct or blood are people married to the above who aren't blood relatives eg: a great grandfather's second wife, or your dad's brother's wife.

Related by marriage is everyone who is only related to you via a relation with a married to direct or blood, so your sister in law, your dad's brother's wife's mum, etc.
